Refund/Exchange Policy

To refund or exchange your order, you’ll have to fill the form OR send us an email. Refunds or exchanges through DM unfortunately won’t be accepted.

*We dont accept partial acceptance, either the whole package is taken and paid for or you refuse the package and MUST pay the shipping ONLY.

Place all orders on our website. 

Full Payment Required: All orders must be paid in full to the courier upon delivery. If there’s an issue after paying, you can request an exchange or refund.

 As long as the items are in their original, unused packaging with all labels attached. If there is an issue with the clothing item with a mistake on our behalf, no extra charges will be added — only the delivery charge from the first order will be deducted.

Since our products are intimate, Refunds or Exchanges – Within 5 Days. Items must be unused, in original condition, with tags attached.

 Refund Process – Step by Step:

1-Submit your refund request through the Refund & Exchange Form or by email. 

2-A courier will come to collect the item from you. 

Please note: The courier will only collect the item — no money will be given at that time. 

3-Once we receive and inspect the item to confirm it’s unused and in original condition,

4-Your refund will be transferred to you within 5–7 working days, with shipping fees deducted from the total amount.

سياسة الاسترجاع والاستبدال 

لو حابب تعمل استرجاع أو استبدال:

  • املا فورم الاسترجاع والاستبدال
    أو

⚠️ الطلبات عن طريق الـ DM مش مقبولة.

شروط مهمة:

  • مفيش استلام جزئي
    يا تستلم الأوردر كله وتدفعه،
    يا ترفض الأوردر بالكامل وفي الحالة دي بتدفع الشحن بس.

  • كل الأوردرات بتتعمل من خلال موقعنا بس.

  • الدفع كامل عند الاستلام
    لازم تدفع قيمة الأوردر كاملة لشركة الشحن.
    لو حصل أي مشكلة بعد الدفع، تقدر تطلب استرجاع أو استبدال.

  • لازم المنتجات تكون:

    • متلبستش

    • بحالتها الأصلية

    • في التغليف الأصلي

    • وكل التيكتات موجودة

  • لو الغلطة من عندنا:

    • مفيش أي مصاريف زيادة

    • بيتخصم شحن أول أوردر بس

مدة الاسترجاع والاستبدال

علشان منتجات Ornaty.eg منتجات شخصية:

  • الاسترجاع أو الاستبدال متاح خلال 5 أيام بس

  • المنتج لازم يكون متلبسش، بحالته الأصلية، والتيكت موجود

خطوات الاسترجاع:

1️⃣ املا فورم الاسترجاع والاستبدال (من اللينك في البايو أو الموقع) أو ابعتلنا إيميل.
2️⃣ هيجيلك مندوب شحن يستلم القطعة.

⚠️ ملحوظة:
المندوب بيستلم القطعة بس، مش بيديك فلوس في نفس الوقت.

3️⃣ بعد ما القطعة توصل ونتأكد إنها سليمة ومتلبستش،
4️⃣ المبلغ بيتحولك خلال 5–7 أيام عمل بعد خصم مصاريف الشحن.

ملحوظة أخيرة:
المنتجات اللي عليها خصم (Sale) غير قابلة للاسترجاع.
